Just like physical training, mental training helps athletes perform at their optimal level. Your body knows how to do certain skills day in and day out, but sometimes our mind gets distracted. Whether you are focused on something that happened in the past or something that could happen in the future, your mind becomes the most powerful tool that you forgot to train before competition.
